Louise Burwood, Client Services Director

Louise Burwood joined Commetric in 2007, bringing eight years experience in media analysis and reputation diagnostics. Since joining Commetric Louise has taken a leading role in developing the media tools set and has worked across a range of clients, both directly and alongside H&K account teams.

Based in London, Louise heads up the Client Services team whilst ensuring complete alignment with the media consultants and analysts. As such Louise is instrumental in the set up of any account. Louise has in-depth understanding of a wide variety of media analysis techniques and works with her clients to identify the most appropriate approach depending on their objectives.

Louise joined Commetric from specialist media analysis company Metrica where she maintained a dual role as Client Services Director and Senior Account Director on a variety of blue chip accounts.

Louise was a member of the original AMEC (Association of Media Evaluation Companies) committee that identified quality control procedures and standards necessary for new members.
